Two days of consulting fees. Twelve months of delivery.

In the traditional consulting world, $7,500 is roughly two days of work. Here it’s a full month of strategy design and delivery support — because we price for the outcome, not the hours.

Final pricing depends on team size and scope, agreed together before we start. We’ve deliberately built AI tools into how we work, which lets us keep pricing competitive without the overhead of a large firm.
